Being a hippopotamus at Taipei is a truly unique experience. It's rather different from my native habitat in Africa, that's for sure! The humidity here can be quite thick, which means I need to spend lots of time relaxing in the pond. Taipei is a bustling city with lots of visitors, so I have to remain well out of their way. My favorite part about living here is the scrumptious fruits and vegetables that are quickly available at the market. Although, sometimes I do miss the wide-open savannas of my homeland.
